What we collect

What information this site collects

Two sources of information reach us through the site:

• Contact form submissions. Your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the company name or role you apply for, and the message you write.
• Career applications. Everything above plus the CV you attach.
• Basic server logs. The hosting provider records standard technical information (IP address, browser, referring URL) for security and abuse prevention. We do not maintain a separate profile of your visits.

We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics profiles, or session replay tools on this site.

Why we collect it

What we use it for

To reply to your message, evaluate your application, and keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up sensibly if we speak again later. That is the whole purpose — the data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to profile you.

How long we keep it

Retention

• General enquiries: up to 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted from our mailbox.
• Career applications and CVs: up to 24 months, so we can consider you for later openings — deleted sooner on request.
• Server logs: retained by the hosting provider on their standard schedule (typically weeks, not months).

Third parties

Where your data actually goes

• Vercel hosts the site and processes requests to it.
• Resend delivers form submissions to our mailbox as email.
• Our email provider then stores the message until it is deleted per the retention schedule above.

Your rights

What you can ask us to do

You can email us to:

• Ask what information we hold about you.
• Ask us to delete it (we will confirm once done).
• Ask us to correct anything wrong.

Requests are handled by a human, not a form. We aim to reply within a business day.
