Depth of technical craft
You can defend every step of your workflow, from raw acquisition through final deliverable, and you enjoy talking about it.
Communication across the stack
You can explain a spatial query to a project manager and a costing to a data engineer without losing either side.
Long-view thinking
You optimise for work that still holds up in three years, not what closes today’s ticket.
